Shail Vac Engineers

Shail Vac Engineers is tucked away in the Royal Industrial Estate, specifically units 1-6. Being in Gidc-Sayan, Surat, means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a dusty area, but it’s where all the real work happens in this part of town. We mostly deal with vacuum systems and engineering components. If you walk into our space, you’ll see a lot of metal, welding tools, and parts waiting to be shipped out. We started small and just kept at it over the years. Our team isn’t very big, but we know our way around the machinery. The guys in the workshop have been doing this for a long time. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most people find us because they need something specific made or repaired. The humidity in Surat can be tough on the metal, so we have to be careful about how we store things. Our day starts early, usually with a cup of tea before the machines start humming. It’s noisy and there is always some grease around, but that’s how a workshop should be. We just try to get the orders out on time and make sure the specs are what the customer asked for. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and putting in the hours. It’s a practical life here in the industrial estate, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is just us doing our engineering thing.
