Samay Plastics

Samay Plastics is located over at plot number 30 in the Nasarvanji Industrial Estate. Bhathena is where we do all our work. It’s an industrial area, so it’s often dusty and loud, but that’s where the real work happens every day. We’ve been here for several years now, and the routine hasn't changed much over time. We start early, get the machines running, and see what the orders for the day look like. Plastics is a messy business sometimes, with scraps and raw materials piled in the corners, but we try to keep it sorted so we can find what we need. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work for everything we need to do. My brother and a few workers help me keep things running smoothly. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just trying to do a good job for the people who buy from us. Some days the power goes out or a machine needs a part that we have to wait for, and we just have to deal with it. That’s just life in an industrial estate like this. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy ads. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or by just walking past our front gate. We’ve got a small office corner where I handle the bills, the phone calls, and the taxes. It’s a simple setup. We just focus on getting the product out the door and making sure the quality is right before it leaves.
