Hi Tech Plast Ltd. is based out in Village Galonda at Sr. No. 374/1. Despite the name, we are a very grounded company. We work in the plastics industry, and being in a village means things are a bit different than the big city industrial zones. We have a lot of local people working with us, and it feels more like a community than just a factory. The building is a functional space where we have our molding machines and storage for the plastic resins. It’s not a polished corporate office. There is always the sound of the cooling systems and the smell of warm plastic in the air. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just produce what is ordered and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we have to deal with the quirks of being in a rural area, like the occasional power flicker or dusty roads, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a long time and we’ve seen the village change around us. We don’t bother with big promises or fancy language. We just do our work, look after our equipment, and make sure the deliveries go out on time. It’s just a regular plastics business trying to do right by its workers and customers.
