Our place, Riva Plastics, is situated at 33/1-2 on Vaghdhara Road. We are quite close to the Daman Ganga River in the village of Dadra. It’s a bit more scenic than your typical industrial area because of the river nearby, though we spend most of our time inside the building anyway. The road can get a bit rough during the monsoon season, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been operating here for several years. The facility is a mix of production space and a small office area. It’s a practical layout designed for moving materials in and out without much trouble. The sounds of the machines are the soundtrack to our day. We have a solid team from the local village and surrounding areas. We’re not a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about concrete floors and functional desks. On hot days, the breeze from the river helps a little, but it still gets quite warm inside the plant. We usually have tea together in the afternoons to catch our breath and talk. It’s a steady kind of work. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just focus on our production and make sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It’s a simple life out here in Dadra, and we’re happy to be part of the local landscape.
