Shree Vinayak Plastics

Shree Vinayak Plastics is located at Gala No. 15 in the Pragati Ind. Estae in Amli. Yes, it’s spelled Estae on some of the old paperwork, but we all know it’s the estate. It is a small space, but we make it work for us. We have been here for years, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time. We are usually too busy with the plastic molds and the orders that need to go out. The gala is packed with sacks of raw material right up to the ceiling. Sometimes it feels like there is hardly any room to move, but we have a system. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. I usually handle the books and the phone while helping out on the floor when needed. The heat in Amli can be really something in May, and the fans just move the hot air around. But we just drink a lot of water and keep at it. Our neighbors are good people, and we often share a bit of gossip or news during the afternoon break. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just make plastic items and try to do it right the first time. It is a basic life, but it suits us just fine. No corporate talk, just work.
