Monika Plastic

We are located at Gala No. 5 in the Shree Bajrang Krupa Industrial Estate. People around here usually know the area by Athal Katta, which is just a short walk away. At Monika Plastic, the machines are pretty much always warm because we keep them running to stay on top of the orders. It’s an industrial unit, so don’t expect anything shiny or decorated. The floor is concrete and there are bags of plastic granules stacked up against the walls. We deal with a lot of heat and the smell of melting plastic, which is just part of the job. Sometimes the air gets a bit thick, but we open the big shutter to let some breeze in from the estate road. It is a small team here, and everyone knows their way around the molds and the press. We don’t spend much time talking; we just watch the cycles and make sure the parts are coming out without any defects. The industrial estate is a bit dusty, and there is always some construction or repair going on nearby. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we know all the neighbors. It’s a basic, hardworking environment where we focus on the output and nothing else. We just come in, do the shifts, and head home when the last machine is turned off for the evening.
