Sale And Service Engr is based over in Rana Society, which is in the Chhapra area of Navsari. It’s a quiet spot, and we’ve been operating out of house number 23 for a good bit of time now. Gujarat is a place where people like to get things done, and we are no different. We handle a lot of technical service requests and sales for various engineering parts. Usually, the phone starts ringing early with people asking if we can fix something or if we have a specific part in stock. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us who know our way around engines and mechanical parts. The society is a nice place to work from, even if it gets a bit dusty during the dry season. We spend a lot of time on our feet or out visiting sites when a customer has a problem they can't bring to us. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs; we have tools, manuals, and a lot of spare parts lying around on the shelves. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair because someone's machine is stuck. That’s just the nature of service work. We like the local community here in Navsari. It feels good to help out a neighbor or a local factory when they are in a pinch. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day.
