We are over at Udhna 78. It is mostly industrial around this part, so there is always a lot of movement. Sagar Food Products Pvt Ltd has been operating from this building for a good bit of time. It isn't a showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a place where things get done. We spend the morning checking the stock and seeing what needs to go out. The trucks come and go from the front gate quite often. Sometimes the noise from the machinery makes it hard to hear the phone, but we manage. People think being a private limited company means we have some big corporate office, but it’s just us in Udhna 78 working through the orders. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the food products to get around to that. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and making sure the packaging is right. We have a few desks in the corner for the paperwork, which never seems to end. Lunch is usually eaten quick so we can get back to the floor. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and it gets pretty warm inside. We just keep our heads down and get the day's work finished. It’s a steady rhythm here. We’ve been at this address for years and know the neighbors pretty well. We keep the machines running and the floor clean.
