Rajesh Plastic Corporation

Rajesh Plastic Corporation is located in Salabatpura, specifically in the Mahatma Wadi area. It is a neighborhood where houses and businesses are often right next to each other. Our building is filled with plastic goods of all shapes and sizes. When you walk in, you can smell that specific scent of new plastic. We have stacks of bins, containers, and other items piled high. It is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle trying to keep everything organized so we can actually find what someone is looking for. The street outside is narrow, so when a delivery truck comes, it blocks the whole way for a few minutes. We have to hurry and unload so the neighbors don't get too annoyed. The work is mostly moving stock and checking lists. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment, just some trolleys and our own hands. It gets quite warm in the storage area during the middle of the day. We have a small desk near the entrance where we sit to handle the billing. Sometimes children from the nearby houses run past the door, making a lot of noise. It feels very much like a community spot. We have been here for a while and know most of the people who walk by every day. It’s not a glamorous business, but plastic is something everyone needs, so we stay fairly busy just keeping up with the local demand.
