Our place is over in Mahavir Nagar, right on Gayatri Mandir Road. Being in Ravi Park Society at Plot No. B/4 makes it feel more like a home than just a business. You can always hear the bells from the mandir nearby in the mornings and evenings. We do food stuff here, mostly making and packing things that people eat every day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the equipment and the supplies we have to keep on hand. The smell of whatever we are making usually drifts out into the street. Neighbors sometimes pop their heads in to say hello or ask what’s cooking today. We didn't want a big factory in a cold industrial zone, so this spot suits us better. It’s got a bit of a garden feel outside, even if we are mostly focused on the production inside. The floor is always being scrubbed because food work is messy. We have a small team, and we all know each other's families. It isn't a high-pressure corporate office. We just get the work done, pack the boxes, and send them off. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in the narrow road when there’s a festival at the temple. We just wait it out and talk to the people walking by. It is a nice way to spend the day, working near the society gates and keeping things moving.
