The office is over at D-405 on the 5th Main of Varachha Road. It's a solid location if you know your way around this part of the city. Being an engineer here means dealing with a lot of different people every day. The building we are in has been around for a while, and our floor is usually pretty active with folks coming and going. I keep things fairly basic in the workspace. There are some drafting tables and a few computers that have seen better days but still do the job just fine. Varachha Road is always moving, and you can hear the hum of the city from the balcony. I tend to focus on the technical side of things, making sure the math adds up and the structures are safe. It’s not a job for someone who likes to sit still all day. We often have to go out to sites, so the office might be empty for a couple of hours in the afternoon. When I am here, I’m usually buried in blueprints or talking on the phone with suppliers. It is an honest living, and I like the people I work with. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; it's just me and the guys getting the engineering work done for the local area. It’s a bit dusty sometimes with all the paper around, but it works for us.
