Pancham Residency

Pancham Residency is located right in Piplod. We are based within the Pancham Residency building itself. It makes sense to be where the action is. I have been working from this location for quite some time now. Piplod is a nice area, and it has changed quite a bit over the years. Our office is tucked away in a corner of the building. It is a practical space for managing things. We have a couple of desks and a small area where people can sit if they are waiting for us. It isn't a high-end setup with fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes pinned up. I like the routine of coming here every morning. It is a familiar place. Usually, the phone rings a few times an hour, and we just deal with whatever comes up. Sometimes it is about maintenance, and other times it is just someone asking for directions. We try to keep things simple. There isn't a large team here, just a few of us who know the building well. We are just local people working in a local spot. The building is well-known in Piplod, so people don't usually have trouble finding where we are. We just take it one day at a time and keep things running. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy enough with the residents and the building's needs.
