Mr Egg- Multi

We are situated in the Indralok Complex, specifically in units 34 to 36 on the lower ground floor. It’s right opposite the main street, though the address just says "Opp" at the end. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to walk down the stairs to find us. Mr Egg- Multi is all about food, mostly centered around eggs as you might guess from the name. We aren't a fancy restaurant with tablecloths. It’s more of a casual spot where people come to grab a quick meal. The kitchen is small but we make it work. It gets pretty hot near the stoves, especially during the lunch rush when everyone comes in at once. We’ve got a few tables set up, but many people just take their food to go. Being in the lower ground means we don't get much natural light, but we keep the place bright with our own lamps. The complex is usually busy with people going to other shops, so there’s always a bit of a buzz around the area. We don't have a big menu of a hundred things. We just do what we know. The staff is just a couple of us who are good with a spatula and a hot pan. We've been in this spot for some time now. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing around waiting for orders, and it gets a bit crowded. It’s a simple life, cooking and serving, and we like it that way. No big corporate rules here, just making sure the food is ready for whoever walks in today and tomorrow.
