We are located in Toran Shopping Centre, right at U 1. Being in a shopping center in Surat means you see all kinds of people every day. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes, but once you find us, it’s pretty simple. We sell general items that people need for their daily lives. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about where we put things. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is great, and other times it’s just okay, but we stay busy regardless. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the other shop owners nearby. It’s like a small community inside the building. We don’t go for flashy signs or big sales. We just put the prices on things and help people find what they’re looking for. Usually, the weekends are the craziest, but we’ve learned how to handle the crowds over the years. It’s a decent living. We get here, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks in. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media page. We just rely on people knowing we’re here in the center. It’s practical and it works for us and our customers who live around Surat. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done.
