Subhiksha

Subhiksha is located at Rander S 3. It is a small space, but we make the most of it. Rander is a lively part of the area, and being at S 3 puts us right in the thick of it. We don't have much in the way of fancy signage or a big lobby. You just walk in and there we are. The shop is filled with things we’ve gathered over time. It can feel a bit crowded when more than two people are inside, but that’s just part of the charm of a local shop. We spend a lot of our time making sure things are in the right place, though it doesn't always stay that way. The floor is a bit uneven, and the ceiling fan makes a little clicking noise, but it works fine for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Rander. We just want to provide what’s needed for the people who walk past our door at S 3. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We know the regular faces and the sounds of the street outside. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s slow and watch the world go by. There’s no big strategy here, just a daily routine of opening up and helping whoever comes by with what we have on the shelves. We've been at this address long enough that the door handle is worn smooth.
