Mahveer Enginering Work

Down here in Olpad, things move at a bit of a different pace. Our workshop is in Sayan, part of the Surat district. It is a noisy place, filled with the sound of grinding metal and machines running all day long. We do a lot of engineering work, mostly fixing things or making parts that people need for their own businesses. The air always smells a bit like burnt steel and oil, which is something you just stop noticing after a few years. We have a lot of local guys working here, and we all know each other’s families. It’s not a big factory with thousands of people, just a solid engineering shop where we focus on the job in front of us. The Surat sun can be brutal on the tin roof, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. If a machine breaks, we fix it.
