We are over at 2092 Pandesara Varachha Road. It’s a big industrial stretch, so there is always the sound of machinery and welding in the air. We do engineering work, mostly fixing parts or making small components for the factories around here. The shop is full of lathes and drills. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, with metal shavings on the floor and oil on the benches, but it’s where the work happens. I started this with a couple of machines and just kept going. Some days we are swamped with urgent repairs, and I stay late into the night. Other days are slower and we spend time maintaining our own equipment. My staff are good guys, they know their way around a blueprint. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you want to talk to us, you just walk into the workshop and shout over the noise. It’s a practical environment. The Varachha road is always busy, so getting materials delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the parts fit. It’s satisfying when a machine starts running again because of something we fixed. We’ve been part of this industrial community for years now. It’s just what we do. We don't plan on moving anywhere else. This is where we fit in. It's noisy but it is our place.
