We are located at Plot No.6511/4 on Road No.65/C within the Sachin GIDC area. It’s a busy industrial zone and the air usually smells like metal and oil. Most of us here have been working together for a long time, so we just get on with making flanges without much fuss. The workshop floor is often loud because the machines are running from early morning until the evening shift ends. We have different sizes of metal pieces stacked up near the entrance and sometimes it's hard to move around when a big shipment comes in. Sachin is a place where everyone is doing something industrial, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighbors. Our building isn't fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done and load the trucks. On hot days, it gets pretty stuffy inside, so we keep the big doors open to let some air circulate from the road. Most of the guys know exactly which machine needs a bit of oil or which tool is acting up today. We don't spend much time on office work unless it's necessary for the orders. Most of the day is spent handling the steel and making sure the dimensions are what they need to be. It’s a straightforward life here, focused on the output and keeping the machines in good shape so we don't have downtime. We just do our thing every day.
