JJP Resorts LLP is based out of a house in Royal Bungalows, Vesu. It’s number 71. Vesu is a pretty nice part of Surat, mostly residential and quiet compared to the diamond markets. We don't have a big glass office building. We just work from here, keeping things simple. Most of our work involves managing the properties and making sure everything is in order for people who stay with us. It’s a lot of coordination with maintenance crews and cleaners. We aren't a big corporation with departments for everything. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the phones and the emails. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait for someone to show up to fix a leak. That’s just how it goes. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a marketing guy writing our stuff. We just know Surat well and we know how to run our business. Being in Choryasi means we are close enough to the main city but far enough away to have some peace. We spend our days making sure the bungalows and the resort side of things are ticking along. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the time. We’re just locals running a small resort business from a house in Vesu.
