We operate out of the Katargam area in Surat, specifically at A/30 in Bhulabhai Desai Park. Our place is on Laxmikant Ashram Road, which stays pretty busy with people and traffic throughout the day. As an engineering company, we spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of manufacturing and technical design. Even though it is a private limited company, it feels a lot more like a small family business because most of us have been working together for so long. We take on various industrial projects and try to solve the problems that inevitably pop up during production. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a functional workspace where we can get things done without distractions. We do not have a marketing department; we just focus on the engineering side of things. Sometimes the deadlines get tight and we end up staying late to finish a project, but that is just how this industry works. People in the Katargam area know us as the place to go when they need something technical handled properly. We use simple English to explain things to our clients because there is no reason to make things more complicated than they already are. It is just about being practical and getting the machinery or parts to work like they are supposed to. We have been in Gujarat for years.
