Ambica Industries

Ambica Industries is based out of Gidc Plot No. C1b/457 and we have been a part of this industrial community for quite some time. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just started as a small operation and we have stayed that way because it suits us. The building is a simple structure that keeps the rain off the machinery, though it gets very hot in the summer months. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from word of mouth between the different shops in the GIDC. We know the people at the local tea stall and the guys who deliver our raw materials. It feels more like a neighborhood than a business district to us. Our staff is small and everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. If one person is sick, someone else just steps in to help. We don't have strict departments or complicated hierarchies. We just look at the orders for the day and get started. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to stay late to fix a mistake, but we don't mind the extra effort. We are proud of the fact that we have kept our doors open all these years. Being at C1b/457 is just where we belong. We aren't looking for fame, just a steady stream of work to keep us all busy and the lights turned on.
