Tapas Thai Spa

Tapas Thai Spa is located inside Iscon Mall on Dumas Road, specifically at shop 316 on the second floor. We also have a connection to the Shankarshet Road area near Dhobi Ghat. Running a spa in a mall means we see a lot of shoppers and families walking by every day. Inside, we try to keep things a bit calmer than the busy hallways outside. It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean and making sure the rooms are ready for the next person. We have a small staff here who have been working together for a bit. It’s not always easy keeping a business going in a big mall like this, but we do our best. We spend a lot of time folding towels and making sure the oils are stocked up. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit loud, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. It’s a simple setup with a few rooms and a small reception desk where we greet people. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us handling the phones and the walk-ins at the same time. We appreciate the regulars who come back to see us after a long week of work. It’s just a regular local business trying to make a go of it in a busy shopping center. We stay open late most nights to accommodate everyone.
