We are located out in Village Dhodharpada. Time Techoplast has a couple of plots here, specifically Survey No. 325/1 and 326/1/1. It’s a fairly large area because we need the space for all the plastic work we do. Working in Dhodharpada is a bit different than being in the city. It’s much more open, though the industrial side of things is still very much present. We spend our days around molding machines and stacks of raw materials. It can get quite noisy when all the lines are running at once. The smell of heated plastic is something you eventually stop noticing after a few weeks. We have a good group of people working here, mostly from the nearby villages. We usually start the machines early in the morning before the heat of the day really sets in. It gets pretty stuffy inside the factory during the afternoons. We try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can. There isn't any fancy lobby or corporate art on the walls here. It’s just a practical workspace with a lot of heavy equipment. Sometimes the delivery trucks get lost trying to find the village, so we have to go out to the main road to guide them in. It's a bit of a hassle but we manage. We just keep focus on our daily tasks and try to get the numbers right for each shift. It's a steady routine that we've all grown accustomed to over the years.
