Being in Ichhapore G I D C means we are surrounded by factories of all sizes. Our shed is where we do all the precision work. It's mostly about lathes and milling machines in here. We moved into this spot a while back because it’s a central hub for manufacturing. The roads get really dusty with all the trucks passing through G I D C, but we keep our workspace as clean as we can for the machines. We deal with small parts that need to be exactly right. If a measurement is off by even a tiny bit, the whole thing is useless. That’s what we do all day. We check and recheck our work. It is quiet work compared to some of the heavy forging units nearby. We have a small team of guys who know how to handle the equipment. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings and setting up the tools. Lunch usually happens at one of the small stalls down the road. It’s a simple life for us. We don’t have a big office or anything. Just the workshop floor and a small desk for paperwork. Sometimes customers come by to drop off samples or check on their orders. We try to stay on schedule but machines sometimes have their own plans. It’s just how industrial work goes. We’ve been in this area long enough to know how things work. If you need something turned, we probably have the right bit.
