Constant Engineering (P) Ltd. is located on the first floor of Chamunda Estate. It’s right across from the Heavy Water Township on Hazira Road in Kawas, which is a pretty busy area with all the industrial plants nearby. The estate itself is always humming with activity, and our office is just one part of that. We have a few rooms filled with drawings, files, and some computers that have seen better years. It can get a bit loud with the traffic on Hazira Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building; we're just a group of people working in a regular estate office. There’s usually a stack of blueprints on the table and some half-empty cups of tea from the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical specs. It’s not the most exciting work to some, but it’s what we know. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, and the lighting in the hallway is sometimes a bit dim, but once you’re inside, it’s all business. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a PR person. We just focus on the engineering side of things and let the work speak for itself. It’s a steady place with people who just want to do their jobs.
