Babubhai Sweets Collection

Babubhai Sweets Collection is located over in Nanpura Sakinaka at Lokmanya Tilak Nagar 3. It is a neighborhood where people have lived for a long time. We wake up early to start the work because the sweets take a while to set. Our shop is not very large and the shelves are usually full of different boxes. We spend most of our time in the back where the stove is. It’s a lot of stirring and watching the pots. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work especially in the summer heat but the work has to be done. We have been here for a good bit and we know most of the people who walk past our door. It is a quiet kind of life just making sure the collection is ready for whoever comes in. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just put the trays out and wait. The floors are a bit worn down from people coming and going over the years. We keep the place as clean as we can but it is an old building in a busy part of Nanpura. We like being part of Lokmanya Tilak Nagar 3. It feels like home to us and the business is just part of the daily routine. We just keep doing what we do every day. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or a bag of sugar rips but we just handle it. It's just us at the shop.
