Amish Plastic Industries

Over here at Udhna Bil Road 7, you will find us at Amish Plastic Industries. It is a big space filled with machines that run pretty much all day long. The smell of plastic is something you get used to after about ten minutes of being inside. We make various items here and it involves a lot of watching the molds and making sure the temperature is right. It gets hot inside, especially during the summer months, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes down the road. We have a few guys working the floor and someone always checking the crates. Most of our day is spent moving stuff around or packing things into bags for the trucks. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local industry doing our part in the neighborhood. The floor is concrete and has some scuffs from the pallets being dragged around. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend an hour fixing a belt or a sensor. That is just part of the routine. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. Outside, the road can get dusty with all the traffic passing by. We keep a small office space for the bills and stuff, but mostly we are out where the noise is. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just focus on getting the orders out on time.
