If you are looking for us, we are right across from the B. S. Patel Garage. Amar Engineering Company is located near the Pasodara Chokdi on the Surat Road, specifically at Kamrej Char Rasta. It’s a spot that sees a lot of traffic because of the Nondehanvadar Transport being right there too. There is always a lot of dust and the sound of big engines idling outside. Our workshop is where we handle various engineering tasks, mostly stuff that comes in from the local transport guys or people passing through Kamrej. It’s a very practical environment. We have heavy benches, oily rags, and a lot of different metal scraps lying around the edges of the room. The location at Kamrej Char Rasta is convenient because people can pull over easily. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room; you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't under a machine at that moment. Sometimes the heat is a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors wide open. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Surat Road over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s about getting the repairs done so people can get back on the road. We don't make a big fuss about it. We just look at what's broken, figure out a way to fix it, and get to work with our wrenches and welders.
