It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not like those big factories you see elsewhere. Being in Surat means everyone loves snacks, and that’s what we do here. Namkeen is a big deal in this part of Gujarat. We spend our days making sure the bags are filled and everything is ready. It's a small setup. We don't have fancy lobbies or receptionists.
