Our office is on the first floor of the Jamia Masjid Building in Kursoo Rajbagh. It's a busy part of Srinagar and we have been here for a while now. We handle travel stuff, mostly for people wanting to see the local sights or go further up into the hills. The office isn't very big, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork and people coming in to ask about bus timings or car rentals. We try to keep things organized, but in this business, things change fast. A flight gets delayed or a guest decides they want to stay another night in Pahalgam, and we have to move everything around. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the area well. We spend a lot of time talking to local drivers and hotel owners to make sure everything is okay. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to make sure the people who use us get where they are going without too much trouble. Rajbagh is a good central spot, so we get people from all over. We mostly just drink tea and stay on our phones making sure the trips are running on time. It is hard work but it keeps us connected to the valley. We've seen the city change a lot from this window.
