Heaven Trips India is based in Karan Nagar, and we have been operating out of this office for quite a while. It is a simple setup with a few computers and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend the majority of our time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the logistics of their journeys. It involves a lot of phone calls to drivers, hotels, and other travel partners to make sure everything is lined up. The office can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day when people stop by to ask questions or finalize their plans. We do not have a corporate feel here at all; it is more like a local spot where you can just sit down and chat about your trip. We have folders full of papers and old itineraries that we use for reference. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, checking the same flight paths and hotel rates over and over, but it is what we do. The neighborhood of Karan Nagar is familiar to us, and we like being part of the community here. We do not promise anything impossible, we just try to get the details right so people do not have a hard time when they are away from home. It is a basic business run by people who know the area well. We just take it one booking at a time and keep the office running.
