Kites Tour And Travel is based right at the Main Bus Stand in Tral. We are very close to the DC Office in the Barbarshah area. It is a very busy spot because of all the buses coming and going all day long. Our little office gets a lot of dust from the road, so we are always wiping down the desks. We help people with their travel plans, mostly just booking seats or telling them when the next transport is leaving. It is a practical place. We don't have fancy decorations. There are just some benches and a counter. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are in a big hurry and some just want to sit and rest for a bit. We know most of the drivers around here. That helps when things get confusing with the schedules. Sometimes the weather makes the roads bad, so we have to tell people to wait. We don't try to sell anyone things they don't need. We just provide the info and the tickets. It is a lot of talking and writing things down in ledgers. We stay open as long as the buses are running. It is just how it is here in Tral. We are right in the middle of everything, which makes it easy for travelers to find us without needing a map.
