Our office is located over on New Airport Road in Rambagh. It’s a convenient spot because it’s right on the way to the airport, which makes sense for what we do. We’ve been helping people get around for a while now. Most days involve answering the phone and figuring out where cars need to be. It’s not a complicated business, just making sure people get their rides on time. We deal with all sorts of travelers, some local and some just visiting for a few days. The road outside can get pretty crowded with cars and bikes, but we’re used to the noise. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have a big lobby or fancy desks, just a place to sit and talk about where you need to go. If someone needs a trip to the hills or just a drop to the station, we look at the schedule and see who’s available. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when several people call at once, but we manage. Being in Rambagh means we are close to everything. We know the routes around here pretty well, which helps when traffic gets stuck. It’s just a small team of us working together. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the work is just talking to people and driving. We've been at this address for a bit and people know where to find us to book their trips.
