Our office is right by Dalgate, specifically at Mumta Chowk on the New Road in Kohna Khun. If you've been to Srinagar, you know Dalgate is the heart of everything for visitors. Tucan Tour And Travels has been operating from here, and it stays quite busy. We aren't a big corporate entity. We're just a few guys who know how to get things organized. People stop by all the time because we're in such a central spot. We help with cars, houseboats, and general advice on where to go. We don't go in for fancy slogans or polished speeches. We just tell you what's possible and what's not. The traffic around Mumta Chowk can be a bit much sometimes, but it means we’re always where the action is. We've spent our lives in these streets, so we know which drivers are reliable and which routes are the quickest. We don't promise things we can't do. If the weather looks bad for a mountain trip, we’ll tell you. It’s a honest way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and work on getting people to their destinations. It’s a small shop, but we stay busy and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in. We’ve seen Dalgate change over the years, but it’s always the place where everyone meets up.
