You can find us at Dr Alijan Plaza, specifically in shop number 39. We are right on M A Road in Srinagar, which is usually a hive of activity. Tsh Travel Division has been around for a bit, mostly helping locals and visitors navigate the valley. We don’t do things in a very formal way here. It’s more about sitting down, having a chat, and seeing what needs to be done for a trip. The office is straightforward and functional. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking schedules. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track when the traffic gets bad outside on Ma Road, but we do our best. We know the area well because we live here and work here every day. It’s a small team, so when you call, you usually talk to the same person twice. We don't use any fancy booking systems that break down; we prefer keeping things clear and direct. If someone needs a ticket or a car, we get it sorted. There are no complicated speeches about our goals. We just want to make sure your travel goes okay. Most of our day is spent making sure the drivers know where they are going and that the timings are right. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and people know where to find us when they need help.
