Travel Mate Tour & Travels is located down at Kursoo Padshahi Ghat in the Raj Bagh area. It’s a nice part of Srinagar, right near the Mehjoor Bridge. We’ve been set up here for a bit, and it’s a good spot for us. The river is close by, and the whole atmosphere of Raj Bagh is quite pleasant compared to the busier parts of the city center. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and work on travel plans. We are a small team, mostly local guys who have grown up around here. We know the 190008 zip code area very well. When people come to visit us, they usually mention the bridge as a landmark. We don't do much in the way of big advertising; most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our sign while passing by the ghat. It’s a quiet way to run a business. We spend our mornings sorting out schedules and the afternoons catching up on paperwork. It can be a bit slow some days, and really fast on others, but that is just the nature of travel work in Kashmir. We like the community here in Kursoo. It feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple, honest business.
