You can find us in the Dar Building which is located on the Munwarabad-Khayam Road here in Srinagar. It is a busy road and we see a lot of cars and buses passing by our windows every single day. The office is a straightforward place where we handle all the travel and tour requests that come our way. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us sitting at our desks making sure everything is in order for the next set of travelers. The building is a regular brick structure and our space is filled with the usual office stuff like computers and stacks of paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and hotel managers to make sure everything is ready. Sometimes the days are long especially during the peak travel season when everyone wants to visit at once. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we think it's better to just be direct and do the work properly. We take our tea breaks when we can and usually talk about the local news or what is happening on the street outside. It’s a simple way of living and working and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now. Being on the Munwarabad-Khayam Road means we are easy to get to and we like the location because it feels like we are in the middle of the action without being too overwhelmed by it all.
