Sheikh Feroze Tours & Travels is based over in Sathu Barbarshah. We are located right near the old floor mill, which is a landmark most people in this part of Srinagar know well. It isn't a busy commercial district like Lal Chowk, so it’s a bit quieter around here. We like it that way. Our setup is very basic. We have a small office where we handle all our bookings and talk to our clients. We started this because we know the valley inside and out and figured we could help others see it too. We don’t go in for big advertisements or fancy slogans. Our business relies on doing a decent job so that people come back next time they need a car or a room. It’s mostly just us and a couple of drivers we trust. We spend a lot of time on the phone, making sure everything is ready for the next day. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, maybe because of the weather or the roads, but we always try to find a way around it. We are just local people trying to run a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. If you need someone who knows the local area and can get things organized without a lot of fuss, that is what we do here in Barbarshah. It’s a simple, honest way to work.
