We've been at Shop Number 22 for a while now. Regal Chowk is always busy, but we like being right here in the Municipal Complex. It's easy for people to find us when they're out in the city. We mostly just help people get where they need to go, whether it's a car for the day or planning a trip around Kashmir. It isn't anything fancy. Just a small office with a couple of us working. Srinagar is home, and we know the roads pretty well. If you come by the shop, you'll see we keep things simple. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but that's just how it is in the middle of town. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just us. We handle the bookings and try to make sure the drivers know the routes. Most people who come in are looking for a way to see the mountains or get to the airport without a lot of fuss. We try to be helpful. It’s a job we enjoy because we get to talk to different people every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door. That’s pretty much how we run things here. There’s no big secret to it, we just show up and do the work.
