Rs Holidays is located in Srinagar, specifically near the Khan Complex area. It’s a part of town that stays pretty active. We’ve been working out of this space for some time, helping people plan their trips around Kashmir. The office is pretty simple. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of maps on the walls. We don't go in for big advertisements or polished presentations. We just talk to people who walk in or call us up. Most of the time, it’s about figuring out which route is best or finding a driver who knows the high passes well. Since we are near the Khan Complex, we get a lot of locals dropping by too. We’ve lived in Srinagar all our lives, so we don’t need a GPS to tell people where to go. We know which roads get muddy after the rain and which hotels are actually quiet. The work can be a bit repetitive, answering the same questions about the weather or the distance to Sonamarg, but we don't mind. It’s a small operation. We handle the bookings, take the calls, and try to keep everything moving. It’s just a regular local business. We don't have a corporate office in a big city; we’re right here in the middle of it all, dealing with the daily reality of mountain travel. Usually, we have the heater on in winter and the windows open in summer.
