Pacific Tours & Travels

I am sitting here at our desk at Pacific Tours & Travels. We are located at Ouse Board Kings Rose, right in the Dalgate area of Srinagar. It is 190001 if you are looking at the pin code. The office is near Abi Karpora and Durganagh, and we are quite close to Nehru Park too. The lake is right there across the way. Most days, I walk over from the main road. The traffic in Dalgate can be a real headache in the afternoons, but that is just how it is here. There are always people walking by and shikara men shouting to each other across the water. The office isn't anything fancy. We have some old chairs and a wooden desk that has seen better days. My cousin usually brings tea around eleven. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to folks who wander in from the Nehru Park side. It gets a bit chilly in the winter months because the windows aren't sealed perfectly, so we keep a heater going under the table. People ask for directions a lot because the address covers a few spots like Kings Rose and Durganagh. We just try to get the work done and handle the bookings as they come in. It is a busy spot to be in, especially during the summer. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. That is basically us here at the office.
