N.F.S Tour & Travels is right in the Main Market of Dalgate. If you know where C.D Hospital is, we are very close to that. Dalgate is always moving, with cars and people and the sounds of the market all day long. We’ve been operating from this spot for years. The office is small and usually smells like the tea we’re always making. We don't have a corporate handbook or a list of rules for how to talk to customers. We just treat people like they’re visiting our home. Most of our work is helping people figure out how to see the best of Srinagar without spending a fortune. We know the boatmen and the local drivers because we see them every morning at the tea stalls. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We spend a lot of time on the phone, making sure everything is ready for the next day. Sometimes things go wrong, like a car breaking down, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just life in the travel business. We don't pretend to be perfect. We just do our best and stay honest about what we can do.
