If you head to the top floor of the Baba Building on Residency Road, that’s where you’ll find us. We’re right near the HDFC Bank in the middle of Srinagar. Msm Tours And Travels is a small setup. Being on the top floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with people and cars. We spend our days arranging trips and helping people navigate their way through Kashmir. It’s a lot of coordination between drivers and hotels. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the phone ringing or someone talking about a booking. We don't have any corporate slogans or fancy mission statements. We just show up, drink some tea, and get to work. Most of our clients are people who just want a reliable way to get to Gulmarg or Sonamarg. We know the local area well because this is our home. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s just a normal part of working in an older building on Residency Road. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way. If we're not at the desk, we're probably just out getting more supplies or talking to a driver.
