You can find us on the ground floor of Hotel Burj. We are right by the Meerak Shah Crossing on Shiraz Road in Rainawari. It’s a lively part of Srinagar. Meridian Tours & Travels isn't a fancy name for a big corporation. It’s just our small travel office. We spend our days at the 190001 address looking at schedules and talking to people. Being in the hotel building means we see a lot of different faces every day. We don't have a polished way of talking. We just speak plainly about what we can do for your travel plans. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy because of the crossing outside, but we don't mind. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We aren't into big advertisements or making grand promises. We just want to make sure the bookings are done correctly. We've got a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We usually have a pot of tea on the go. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the Rainawari neighborhood like the back of our hand. If you need help with a trip, you can just drop in. We don't follow a script. We just talk to you like a neighbor would. It’s a small, practical operation and we like keeping it that way. No fancy marketing, just honest work done by people who live right here in the city.
