Our office is tucked away in Chotta Bazar, specifically in the Kani Kadal area of Srinagar. It’s an old part of the city with very narrow streets and a lot of history. Being in the skylinks business here means we spend a lot of time managing connections and making sure everything is running as it should. The space we work in is small and usually filled with wires and computer parts. It’s a very local operation where we know our neighbors and the people who live in the surrounding buildings. Chotta Bazar is always packed with people, which makes getting around a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we are used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website to show off. We just focus on the daily tasks and fixing problems when they come up. Sometimes the weather in J&K makes our job a bit harder, especially when we have to go outside to check on lines or equipment. Most days are just spent at the desks or out in the alleyways making sure everything stays connected. It’s a practical business and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is.
