We are located right by the Nowgam Bypass in Sector B. If you’ve ever driven past that way, you know how busy the traffic can get with all the trucks and cars zooming by. Our branch is a regular stop for many people living in this part of the city. We open up early to get everything ready before the first group of people starts waiting at the door. It’s a lot of counting, checking IDs, and filling out forms that seem to never end. The light inside is a bit fluorescent and bright, but it helps us stay awake during the slow afternoon hours. We’ve got the usual bank counters with the glass partitions, and sometimes it gets quite loud when several conversations are happening at once. We know a lot of our regulars by name because they’ve been coming here for years. It’s a bit like a community hub in a way. When the heater is working well in the winter, it’s actually a very cozy place to be. We have a small back room where we keep our files and take our short breaks. Sometimes the computers are slow, and we have to ask people to wait, which nobody likes, but we try to be quick about it. It’s just a standard local bank branch where we handle the daily money matters for the neighborhood. We make sure the doors are locked tight before we leave at the end of the day.
