Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co.

Our place is at 17-A Parsi Bahg, right in Jawahar Nagar. Srinagar is a beautiful place to live, but our office is just a regular building like any other. It is a bit tucked away in the Parsi Bahg area. We have been here for Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co. for quite a few years now. The office is not anything to brag about to your friends. It has some basic desks, some old filing cabinets, and a water cooler that makes a lot of noise when it runs. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do here. People come in with their papers, we look at them, and we try to help them out as best as we can. Jawahar Nagar is a good spot because it is easy to get to from most parts of Srinagar. We see a lot of regular faces coming through the door. Some people just drop by to say hello while they are out running errands in the market. We do not have a marketing team here. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the heaters work well in the winter, and sometimes they do not. We just put on another sweater and keep working. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not have big posters with slogans. We just have the name on the door and our desks inside. It is a straightforward setup for a job.
