We are based out in Srinagar, specifically over by the old air field area in Rangreth. Being up here in Jammu and Kashmir means the weather changes a lot. Some days it’s quite cold and we have to keep the heaters running while we work. The building is an older one, but it does the job. We spend most of our time dealing with administrative tasks and looking after the local operations. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city parts. The view of the hills is nice when the clouds clear up. Inside, the office is pretty plain. We have some old wooden desks and shelves full of folders that haven't been moved in years. We aren't a big flashy company, just a small team staying busy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is just how it goes here. We usually drink a lot of tea to stay warm during the winter months. The halls are a bit drafty, but we’re used to it. We don't have many visitors, so it's usually just us and the sound of the wind outside. It’s a quiet place to work. When the snow starts falling, everything gets very quiet out here by the air field. We have to make sure we leave a bit earlier to get home safely. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours.
