Fortune Holidays is based on the first floor of the Mushtaq Complex in Sathoo Barbarshah. We’re near the Pashanware area. It’s a pretty central place to be in Srinagar. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just an office with some desks and maps. We started this because we wanted to help people navigate Kashmir without all the usual stress. We aren't some polished firm with a bunch of salespeople. We're just regular people who live here. We handle things like hotel bookings and transport. We don't make big promises or use fancy language. We just listen to what you want to do and tell you the best way we can help. If we can't do something, we'll say so. We think it's better to be honest than to try and sell something that won't work out. The area around Barbarshah is always moving, and we've been here long enough to know how things work. We don't have any corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their holiday plans. It’s a small, local way of doing business, and it keeps us busy enough. Mushtaq Complex is a solid building and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. Sathoo Barbarshah is a busy area, but once you come inside, it’s a bit more relaxed.
