If you look for us, we are up on the second floor of the Khidmat Complex. It is tucked away in Regal Lane on Residency Road. Srinagar is a place where you have to know the small lanes to find anything good. At Eco Friendz Tours N Travels, we usually start our day early. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for the desks and the files we keep. Residency Road gets very crowded during the day, so it's a bit of a walk to get here sometimes. We spend our time talking to people who want to visit the mountains or just need a taxi to the airport. It's mostly just regular paperwork and answering calls. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a space where we work. Some days are very quiet, while others are a bit chaotic with everyone coming in at once. Being in the heart of the city means we see everything that goes on. We’ve been in this building for some time now. You’ll find us easily if you just ask for the Khidmat Complex near the main road. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just listen to what people want and try to arrange it as well as we can with what we have available. It's a small team here, and we all know each other well.
